Whole School Mindfulness-Based Social-Emotional Learning SEL Program for Youth. This program includes 48 total lessons—32 Mindfulness-Centered Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Lessons and 16 Mindful-Movement SEL Lessons. All 48 lessons bring together mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and positive neuroplasticity. This program is designed for students, but can be used and accessed by their entire community. The access is for an entire year.
Mindfulness-Centered SEL Lesson written, created, and taught by Gina Biegel, MA, LMFT the founder and creator of Stressed Teens and MBSR-T. You will have the opportunity to listen, learn, and practice the lessons in this program. There is no limit to how many times you can watch the lesson.
This activity goes with the lesson. This pdf file can be downloaded on devices, notebooks and used in google docs, notability and the like. This activity supports and complements the Mindfulness-Centered SEL Lesson. You can do this during class time or as a homework type assignment, I like to call them On-Your-Own-Practices or (OYOPs).
This audio practice can be played during a classroom meeting time, but can also be downloaded to a variety of devices and listened to repeatedly for increased mindful practice experience between lessons.
