Week 1: January 23rd, 2024 3:30PM-5:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Stacie Cooper,

Week 2: January 30th, 2024 3:30PM-5:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Stacie Cooper

Week 3: February 6th, 2024 3:30PM-5:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Stacie Cooper

Week 4: February 13th, 2024 3:30PM-5:00PM PT: 1.5 hours of LIVE time with Stacie Cooper

6 Hours: LIVE experiential group time with Stacie Cooper

Mindful Check-In (15-20 mins)

Topics for the Week--Mindful practice and other key skills (remaining time)

Each class typically starts with a ‘mindful check-in’ where youth can share highs and lows for the week, review practices from previous weeks, and ask questions of the instructors. This is followed by a discussion of the topics for the week followed by the assignment of ‘On-Your-Own-Practices’ OYOPs for youth to work on outside of the group. Topics covered over the duration of the program include:
